We have worked with MDA Remodeling on five projects so far. They totally revamped our masterBath. Rebuilt our staircase. Remodelled the kitchen, and added custom built cabinets for our living spaces. Great prices, beautifully detailed work, and hard working. They stay until The job is done to your satisfaction. We plan to work with them on another bathroom In near future.

Dmitry & his team completely finished our basement on schedule and on budget including the addition of a bar, laundry room and bathroom. His team was responsive and diligent every step of the way and gave us helpful suggestions as we navigated difficult issues including ceiling heights and limited natural light. I would highly recommend MDA Remodeling for a full renovation or addition.

Dimitri and his guys are absolutely amazing. We had a good bit of interior work done, including removing some load-bearing walls. It was a complete transformation and came out as well as I could have hoped for. That's saying something, because I've got pretty high standards. Not only was everything done well, it was craftsman quality. Communication was great and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the house was in good shape every day since we were still living there during the renovation. What had the potential to be a nightmare, was a very good experience. With so many tough experiences in the past few years trying to find anyone who will actually show up or do what they say they're going to do, it restored my hope in contractor humanity.

This is our second home renovation with MDA Remodeling (bathroom, master bedroom, hallway, front stairwell), completed August - October 2023. He & his crew worked seamlessly with our designer LaTan Murphy, LLC, shared his expertise & recommendations, & responded well to minor changes & difficulties during installation. For example, we discovered we had an unleveled floor under our carpet which he resolved efficiently and promptly. He is a critical thinker, listens well, & is able to provide solutions when issues arise. Some of the furnishings we purchased required modifications to fit our rooms. Dmitri ensured these materials were installed properly and met our expectations. Customer satisfaction is a priority with MDA Remodeling & we look forward to working with him again.
